1. Is Shipping Free ?
Shipping is Free shipping on orders over 24$

2. what is Order Processing Time ?

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 1 - 2 business days.
After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
Please allow 2 to 6 hours for the tracking information to update.

3. When  will I Receive MY Order ?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 

12-19 business days to arrive.

Note: Delivery times can increased due to unexpected delays caused by Holidays, bad weather or other factors.
A full refund will be granted if a package will not arrive within 60 days from the time of the order. 


4. Can I change the Shipping Address Changes ?
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions
Sadly, we are unable to ship your order to a PO BOX or to a MILITARY ADDRESS.

6. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.
If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

 

7. Why is my Orders Being Shipped in Different Packages ?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

 

8. What Happens if my Order Gets Stuck or Lost in The Mail ?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

 

9. will I Be Charged for Customs and Taxes ?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. 10. Returns and Refunds
Return Due To Change of Mind
enticeglow.com will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 60 days of you receiving the item.
The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused.
